When Rebound was founded, it was built around a simple belief: young people deserve spaces where they feel seen, heard, and supported. From the beginning, we’ve listened closely to youth navigating complex systems and real life challenges, shaping our programs around connection, advocacy, skill building, and community.
Over the years, we have continued to grow by centering youth voice in everything we do. Their insights guide how we design programs, build partnerships, and respond to emerging needs. We are committed to creating spaces that are inclusive, responsive, and rooted in belonging.
Rebound is on a journey, one that moves beyond offering services to a few, toward strengthening systems so that every young person has access to opportunity, support, and hope.
Sarnia-Lambton Rebound offers a diverse range of youth services and programmes that support resilience, inclusion, and personal development. From school re-engagement and behavioural coaching to housing support, mental health respite, and identity-affirming spaces, our programmes are designed to meet youth where they are and help them thrive. Whether through structured classroom supports, creative expression, or life skills development, Rebound provides safe, empowering environments for youth aged 8–24 across Sarnia-Lambton.
Sarnia-Lambton Rebound’s Resilience & Growth Programs empower youth to build confidence, make informed decisions, and thrive in their personal development. Through initiatives like the LIFE CHOICES Program, CHOICES Jr. & Sr., S.T.A.G.E. Jr. & Sr., T.A.G., and C.A.R.E., participants gain essential life skills, emotional support, and opportunities for leadership and self-discovery. Each program is tailored to meet youth where they are—whether navigating peer pressure, exploring identity, or setting goals for the future. Community support makes these transformative experiences possible. Donate today to help local youth grow with resilience, purpose, and hope.
Our Programs:
Rebound’s School Support and Re-Engagement Supports provide structured, youth-focused programs designed to help students reconnect with their education and build essential life skills. These services include Crossroads Classroom, P.A.S.S. In-School Detention, and Cedar River Rebound, each offering a safe, supportive environment where youth can reflect on their choices, develop positive coping strategies, and re-engage with learning. By combining academic support with social-emotional development, Rebound empowers students to overcome barriers, improve behaviour, and thrive both in and out of the classroom. These programs are part of Rebound’s broader mission to foster resilience and success in youth across Sarnia-Lambton.
Our Programs:
Rebound’s Stability and Wellness Supports offer youth-focused programmes that foster emotional well-being, housing stability, and personal growth. These services include S.H.I.L. Youth in Transition supports young adults involved with the Children’s Aid Society as they move toward independent living, while S.T.A.N.D. (Stop, Think And Decide) provides one-on-one coaching for youth aged 8–17 to strengthen decision-making and emotional regulation. Together, these programmes reflect Rebound’s commitment to holistic, early-intervention support that empowers youth to thrive across Sarnia-Lambton.
