C.A.R.E.

C.A.R.E. Consent And Relationship Education Program  in partnership with the Women’s Interval Home for Sarnia and The Centre.

The C.A.R.E. program is designed to empower individuals aged 12-17 to create and maintain healthy, consensual relationships by teaching them the skills they need to communicate effectively, establish boundaries, and identify and avoid unhealthy behaviours.

At our program, youth will have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field and engage in interactive workshops to develop the tools necessary to navigate relationships in a safe and healthy way.

We believe that everyone deserves to have healthy relationships, and we're committed to providing youth with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve this.

The C.A.R.E Program runs 10 weeks with topics covered included:

  • LESSON 1 – Power of Communication
  • LESSON 2 – Gender Norms
