Creating a community where all youth belong.
Sarnia-Lambton Rebound empowers youth through the strength of relationships, early intervention, prevention and life skill development, helping them navigate challenges. We partner with others to support youth mental health and nurture growth at every stage of their developmental journey.
We centre youth voice. We meet youth where they’re at and walk alongside them as trusted partners, supporting them to make decisions about their own lives. We know change takes time. We hang in with youth.
We recognize that the strength of our work comes from the people who do it. We are committed to supporting the growth, development, and wellness of our staff, fostering a culture of trust, learning, and care.
We build connection through presence, compassion, and consistency. Authentic relationships are the foundation of healing, growth, and change.
We create safer, welcoming spaces where all youth are seen, accepted, and supported to belong, learn, and grow.
We know we can’t do this work alone. We weave together the strengths and experiences of youth, families, staff, and community partners to build a coordinated, caring, and holistic support network.
We take ownership of the impact and quality of our work. Through measurable outcomes, evidence-informed practices, and transparent reflection, we demonstrate the value of our services.
